Our wines are carefully selected and come from artisan wine producers in France & Italy. Many of the wines are found in premium restaurants, hotels & select wine shops including Dromoland castle, Rathsallagh House & Terroirs.
Our Chocolates are handmade by Ferdinand Vandael of Chez Emily Chocolates at The Ward, Co. Dublin. Over the years, Chez Emily have won many awards including Best in Ireland award by the reniowned Bridgestone Guide.
Our Preserves, honeys & fruit cakes are made by Mileeven in Piltown Co. Kilkenny. Using only the finest ingredients and traditional methods and old family recipes, Mileeven are another company who have regularly won awards for their superb products.
Our Biscuits are made by Borders Biscuits - based in scotland, borders are bakers of good honest biscuits that taste as good as they look. A true treat for biscuit lovers and a world apart from the mass produced products of supermarkets.
Our tapenades, chutneys & flavoured oils are produced by En-Place foods in Monaghan and grace the fine food tables of Castle Leslie.
